Each paper, when viewed or printed contains an ISBN number, list of reviewers and explanation of the peer-review process.The 'Presentations and authors' page acts as content page and should be submitted to the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) with a hardcopy of a particular paper. Each paper is published in PDF format and contains the full bibliographic entry at the bottom of each page. Select the [ZA-WWW2009] link on the front page of the conference web, then [Presentations and authors], and thereafter the [pdf] option for a particular paper.
